Our Expert Witness team of highly experienced construction professionals are skilled in the resolution of construction disputes and technical analysis. We offer advice to clients on dispute avoidance and where a dispute arises, we act in support of any legal teams employed to manage the dispute resolution process.
Our quantum expertise involves the application of traditional quantity surveying knowledge to matters, at all stages of a dispute, as well as being able to carry out detailed investigations into measurement and related issues.
Each commission receives the same high level of professional skill in construction matters. In addition to this, we can provide informed opinions on the competence and level of service provided by other quantity surveying professionals.
This is provided in the form of written reports, on matters in dispute with evidence as an expert witness in court, or before arbitral tribunals and other examining bodies.
